Digitus Network is seeking a motivated and curious Education Consulting Intern to join us in designing an innovative new in-person boarding school. This short-term opportunity offers a unique, hands-on experience at the intersection of education, design, and strategic thinking.

What You’ll Do

You will help shape the school’s foundational structure by gathering inspiration from diverse school models, compiling research on emerging educational trends, and proposing design elements that reflect a forward-thinking approach to residential education.

You will investigate how various schools structure academic and non-academic learning, analyze the strengths and limitations of each approach, and suggest ways to incorporate those insights into an adaptable, student-centered curriculum.

You will draft sample timetables, academic modules, and extracurricular activities that align with the school’s values, support student well-being, and integrate seamlessly into a boarding school lifestyle.

You will join collaborative planning meetings, contribute your ideas and feedback, and help document and distill those conversations into practical frameworks or strategy briefs that guide next steps.

You will engage with experts across disciplines to ensure the school’s mission, pedagogy, and culture are coherent and well-informed, while offering your perspective on how to make the student experience meaningful and innovative.

You will translate your work into clear, visually engaging deliverables—such as slide decks, memos, or one-pagers—that help communicate research insights and design proposals to stakeholders and leadership.
