This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all services, platforms, applications, websites, learning systems, and digital environments operated by Digitus Network LLC ("Digitus Network," "we," "us," or "our").
This policy is designed to ensure a safe, lawful, and effective educational environment for all users, including students (including minors), parents, teachers, schools, and institutional partners worldwide.
By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Ensure academic integrity
Prevent misuse of systems and services
Comply with global legal and regulatory requirements
Preserve the security and reliability of our platforms
2. General Rules of Use
Users must use Digitus Network services responsibly, respectfully, and in accordance with all applicable laws.
Users must NOT use our services to:
Engage in illegal activities
Harm, exploit, or endanger others
Violate educational or institutional rules
Disrupt learning environments
Circumvent security controls
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Illegal or Harmful Activity
Users may not:
Violate any local, national, or international law
Promote or engage in fraud or deception
Facilitate hacking, malware distribution, or cyberattacks
Engage in identity theft or impersonation
3.2 Abuse, Harassment, and Harm
Users may not:
Harass, bully, or threaten others
Engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior
Share content that is abusive, violent, or exploitative
Target minors with harmful communication
3.3 Child Safety Violations
Because our services include minors, strictly prohibited behavior includes:
Grooming or inappropriate contact with minors
Sexual exploitation or solicitation
Sharing inappropriate content with minors
Attempting unauthorized private communication with minors
Any suspected violation may be reported to appropriate authorities.
3.4 Academic Integrity Violations
Users must maintain academic honesty. Prohibited actions include:
Cheating on assignments or examinations
Plagiarism or unauthorized copying
Using prohibited AI tools during assessments
Falsifying academic records or credentials
3.5 System and Security Misuse
Users may not:
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
Bypass security controls
Probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization
Disrupt or overload platforms
Introduce malicious code or harmful files
3.6 Content Misuse
Users may not upload, share, or distribute content that:
Is unlawful or infringing
Contains viruses or malware
Violates intellectual property rights
Is misleading or fraudulent
Violates privacy rights of others
3.7 Platform Integrity Violations
Users may not:
Manipulate analytics or reporting systems
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Interfere with assessments or grading systems
Tamper with educational records
4. AI and Automated Tools Usage
Digitus Network provides AI-enabled educational tools to support learning.
Users agree NOT to:
Use AI tools to cheat on assessments where prohibited
Attempt to reverse engineer AI systems
Input harmful, illegal, or abusive prompts
Extract system prompts or confidential model data
AI tools are for educational support and must be used responsibly.
5. Student and Minor Protections
Because many users are under 18, and in some cases under 13:
Accounts may be monitored for safety and compliance
Communication may be restricted or moderated
Parents or institutions may control access
Safety interventions may be applied when necessary
Any behavior that risks child safety will result in immediate action, including suspension and reporting where required.
6. Institutional Use
Where services are provided through schools or institutions:
Institutions may impose additional rules
Administrators may manage student access
Institutional policies may override certain platform settings
Digitus Network may assist in enforcement at institutional request
7. Enforcement Actions
Violation of this AUP may result in:
Warning notifications
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Removal of content
Restriction of features
Reporting to educational institutions
Reporting to legal authorities where required
We reserve the right to act immediately in cases involving safety risks or illegal activity.
8. Monitoring and Investigation
To protect users and maintain platform integrity, Digitus Network may:
Monitor system activity
Review user content when necessary
Investigate reported violations
Use automated and manual moderation tools
Monitoring is conducted in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
