This Child Protection & Safeguarding Policy (“Safeguarding Policy”) applies to all services, platforms, schools, programs, websites, applications, and educational environments operated by Digitus Network LLC ("Digitus Network," "we," "us," or "our").


This policy applies globally and is designed to protect children and minors (including users under the age of 13 and other applicable ages of digital consent) across all educational services, including online platforms, virtual schools, and physical institutions operated or affiliated with Digitus Network.

  • Students enrolled through partner schools or institutions

  • Teachers, tutors, staff, contractors, and volunteers

  • Parents and guardians

  • Administrative users and institutional partners

This includes both directly enrolled students and institutionally managed student accounts.


3. Definitions

  • Child / Minor: Any individual under the age of 18 or applicable age of consent in their jurisdiction

  • Safeguarding: Actions taken to protect children from harm and ensure their well-being

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL): Internal personnel responsible for overseeing safeguarding concerns (may vary by region or institution)

6.1 Direct Enrollment

Parents or guardians are responsible for granting consent and overseeing minor participation where required by law.

6.2 Institutional Enrollment

Schools or educational institutions may act as primary administrators of student accounts and may provide consent or oversight in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.

6.3 Hybrid Models

Some students may be governed jointly by parents and institutions depending on program structure.


7. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited across all platforms and services:

  • Child abuse or exploitation in any form

  • Grooming or inappropriate contact with minors

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of minors

  • Sharing or soliciting inappropriate content from minors

  • Unauthorized private communication with minors

  • Exploitation of student vulnerabilities

Any violation may result in immediate suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.


8. Monitoring and Detection

Digitus Network may use a combination of automated systems and human review to detect safeguarding risks, including:

  • Monitoring platform activity for safety concerns

  • Reviewing flagged communications or content

  • Detecting harmful behavior patterns

  • Identifying unauthorized access attempts

Monitoring is conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.


9. Reporting Safeguarding Concerns
