3. General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility depends on:

  • Jurisdictional legal requirements

  • Timing of cancellation

  • Whether services have already been accessed or delivered

Digitus Network LLC reserves the right to apply reasonable administrative fees where applicable.

4. Digital Courses and Online Programs

4.1 Before Course Access

If a user cancels before accessing any course materials or services, they may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on program terms.

4.2 After Course Access

Once course materials, classes, or learning platforms have been accessed, refunds may be limited or unavailable.

4.3 Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • Users may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

6. Institutional and Partner-Enrolled Students

Where students are enrolled through schools or institutions:

  • Refund requests must typically be submitted through the institution
