KARATE INSTRUCTOR

We are looking for a new karate instructor to join our team of passionate educators at the Dois Corregos Learning Center.

What You’ll Do

  • Teach engaging and structured karate classes for students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

  • Instruct students in proper form, technique, and martial arts etiquette to ensure a safe and respectful training environment.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere where students feel motivated to challenge themselves and improve.

  • Prepare students for belt promotions, competitions, and demonstrations by developing individualized training plans based on their abilities and goals.

  • Maintain a safe and well-organized training space by enforcing proper safety protocols, monitoring students during practice, and ensuring that all equipment is in good condition.

  • Stay up to date with martial arts training methods and industry trends to continuously improve your teaching approach.

Who You are

  • A skilled and experienced karate practitioner with a strong background in martial arts instruction. You have earned a black belt (or equivalent certification) and have experience teaching students of different ages and abilities.

  • An effective and motivating instructor who knows how to engage and inspire students. You can break down complex techniques into simple steps and adapt your teaching style to different learning needs.

  • Committed to teaching the values of martial arts, including discipline, respect, and perseverance. You understand that karate is more than just physical training—it is a way to build character and life skills.

  • A strong communicator and role model who can foster trust and respect among students, parents, and fellow instructors. You set a positive example through your actions, attitude, and dedication to continuous improvement.

  • Dedicated to helping students reach their full potential in martial arts and personal development. You take pride in seeing your students grow in skill, confidence, and self-discipline.
